Application Process | International Division - Kindergarten (NSW Curriculum)
We’re thrilled you are you’re considering 海角社区 for your child’s educational journey!
Here are a few important details to keep in mind as you begin the enrolment process:
All Kindergarten children must turn five years of age by 31 July of the commencement year. This ensures your child is ready to embark on their exciting educational adventure with us.
To ensure a smooth enrollment process, please ensure your family holds the appropriate visas for legal residency in Australia. This includes visas for living, working, or studying in the country. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept applicants on tourist visas.
Enrolment process
To be considered for a Kindergarten place at 海角社区, prospective families must:

Attend an Open Day, Private Tour or Online Information Session
Explore our campus and community through an Open Day, private tour, or online school information session. -
Submit the Online Application Form
Read and agree to the Enrolment Terms and Conditions and Enrolment Policy and complete the online application form ($220 fee applies) to initiate your application. -
Assessment & Interview
Attend a student assessment and a parent interview with the Principal or Deputy Principal. -
Receive a Letter of Offer and Return a signed a Letter of Acceptance
Successful applicants will receive an official Letter of Offer and a Letter of Acceptance must be signed to confirm enrolment. -
Attend Orientation and complete Payments
Join our orientation session (purchase uniforms and comfirm transportation) to prepare your child for a seamless transition into school life as well as complete payment of Enrolment and Tuition Fees. -
First Day of School
Welcome to the 海角社区 community! Your child officially begins their journey with us.
Accepted visas
Children who are not Australian citizens or permanent residents are required to hold a temporary visa. This includes business visas, research visas, and bridging visas.
Please note that students holding a student visa in their own name are not accepted. As government regulations are specific and detailed, we recommend contacting the school in advance for further guidance.
Orientation
Kindergarten orientation is held in November the year prior to commencement, and the official Entrance Ceremony takes place the following January.
When to apply
海角社区 accepts applications from birth through to the year prior to commencing, depending on availability. We accept Kindergarten students of any language ability, and language foundations will be taught throughout the year.
