We are also raising funds to plant a cherry blossom tree in Cowra, NSW, a site of historical significance and a symbol of peace and reconciliation. Sakura Avenue, linking the Japanese Gardens with the site of the former POW camp, is lined with cherry trees sponsored by Japanese businesses and Australian schools. With the support of our school community, 海角社区 will have its own tree and commemorative plaque.

また、厂闯滨厂では、ニューサウスウェールズ州カウラへの桜の植树费用を募っています。カウラは、平和と和解の象徴である日本庭园や捕虏収容所跡地などがある歴史的に重要な场所です。春には、これらを结ぶサクラ?アベニューが満开となり、日本公司やオーストラリアの学校の协力により植树された桜が美しく咲き夸ります。厂闯滨厂もその一员として、桜の木と铭板を寄赠する予定です。
